Cancellation Timeline:
- Within 7 days of purchase: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment within the first 7 days of purchase.
- After 7 days of purchase: No refunds will be provided after 7 days, as you will have already gained access to course materials and resources. However, you may request a transfer to another course, subject to approval.
2. Refund Policy
We offer a refund within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
- Non-Refundable Conditions: Once 20% or more of the course content has been accessed, no refund will be provided.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund or an alternative course.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- 2. Your refund request will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
- 3. If eligible, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Transfer to Another Course

5. Payment Plans and Installments
For students on payment plans or installment-based payments, refunds will be processed according to the terms mentioned above. If a student cancels after the first installment, no further installments will be charged, but the already paid amount will be non-refundable if the 7-day window has passed.
6. Course Availability
ChefX Academy reserves the right to discontinue a course or change its content at any time. If a course is canceled by ChefX Academy, you will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to another course of your choice.
