It depends on your city and the type of restaurant. In general, Ontario restaurants deal with things like a municipal business licence, a public health inspection, building and zoning approvals, fire safety checks and, if you serve alcohol, a liquor licence from the AGCO. Requirements vary by municipality, so always confirm with your city and a lawyer. We co-ordinate with your legal team; this is general information, not legal advice. [Confirm: wording]
We build your business plan with you, covering costs such as the lease, renovation, equipment, opening inventory and working capital, and we help with loan assistance. The actual budget depends on your concept and location; we'll cover it on the call. Lawyer and loan broker fees are paid separately.
It depends on your concept, location, permits and any construction; we'll map out a timeline together on the call. [Confirm: a typical range, or keep this general answer]
